| Michael Kaminaka Joins SuiteMed as Executive Vice President |
|
Oakland, CA, September 29, 2006 -- Kevin Ryan, Chief Executive Officer of SuiteMed LLC., today announced the appointment of Michael Kaminaka as Executive Vice President of Business
Development. Kaminaka will be responsible for business development in two vertical businesses:
Electronic Health Records (Intelligent Medical Software - IMS) and Radiology Management Software
(Intelligent Radiology Management Software - IRMS).

experience and sales acumen will be excellent assets for SuiteMed. Mike is well known in the industry
and has gained the respect of both his clients and colleagues."
Prior to joining SuiteMed, Mr. Kaminaka spent several years as the Senior Vice President of Sales for
MC Strategies/Elsevier, a major multi-billion dollar international healthcare publishing and e-learning
organization. He also served as Vice President of Sales for CareMedic Systems, a Medicare revenue
cycle management software company, and as Vice President of Development/General Manager for
Laguna Medical Systems, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's coding (ICD-9-
CM/CPT-4/HCPCS) and billing compliance solution. Prior to that, Mr. Kaminaka served as a Senior
Business Development Representative at Innovative Health Systems/SoftMed and as Vice President
of Sales for Medicus/QuadraMed Corporation.
Mr. Kaminaka holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is a member of both the
Healthcare Financial Management Association and American Health Information Management
Association and is certified by Control Data Corporation's Computer Science program.
