SuiteMed Software's installation process starts with our installation team. Depending on the installation resources purchased, the installation team typically encompasses the following essential skill sets: project management, applications expertise, interface design/build, and technical engineering. This array of skills ensures that SuiteMed understands your business needs and technical environment, and can assist you in optimizing the product(s) to meet your operational needs.
 
SuiteMed's installation methodology is designed to follow a proven pattern, yet be flexible to meet the schedule and resource needs of our clients. The primary activities of the installation include:
Arrow Setup of hardware, operating system or network elements, as needed;
Arrow Assess your operational workflow as it relates to the product(s) purchased;
Arrow Load, design and configure application(s) to meet workflow needs;
Arrow Building of underlying client-specific tables;
Arrow Develop interfaces to third party systems;
Arrow Educate system administrators for potential client re-configuration of the product(s) over time, should workflow or operational needs change;
Arrow Test within the client-specific environment;
Arrow Verification visit to ensure all pre-live work is complete
Arrow Train end-users;
Arrow Move configured and tested product(s) into your production environment,
Arrow Go live support
Your SuiteMed Project Manager organizes all SuiteMed activities from the initial project introduction call and introduction presentation, all the way through our formal transition call with our Client Support Team. Throughout, your SuiteMed Project Manager is scheduling SuiteMed resources, holding regular project teleconferences, and providing meeting minutes and issues lists.

Our technical team works with your IT department to configure and load the hardware. They also train your IS department in any necessary workstation configuration or rollout processes. They well versed in the interface requirements for most third party systems and our interface specifications are clear. Our Installation Specialists have in in-depth knowledge of our products as well as the complexities and variety of workflow practices that exist. Through the accumulated knowledge of our teams, we can offer clients recommendations for how to configure their SuiteMed products for optimal use in their environment.

At SuiteMed, we understand that our clients want the capability to use our products well into the future, so we teach clients about the underlying SuiteMed product structure.
